I need some ideas? I am on a diet and need some low fat recipes?

I have lost over 2 stone but i am now bored with tastless diet food! any ideas please?

Note that all of these recipes are designed for the people in diet.Green tea passion fruit drink
* Prepare the green tea in a tall glass. Fill 1/2 of the glass with the tea.
* Prepare a passion fruit. Open it in the middle and pick two tea spoons of passion fruit and pluck it into your green tea. Fill 1/4 of the glass with unsweetened apple juice.
* Stir it throughly.
* Then add ice cubes so that the glass is filled.
* I garnished it with cherry and lemon skin.

Grilled Salmon with OreganoIngredients: * fillet of salmon, with skin
* salt and peppers
* 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
* 1/2 cup dry mustard (such as Coleman's)
* a little sugar, 1 teaspoon/pound
* oregano powderInstructions: * Prepare the charcoal grill. Make sure to leave it until it's really hot. You can see white ash coating the coal when it's ready. After that shift the coals into one side of the grill.
* Sprinkle both salmon sides with salt and peppers LIGHTLY
* Place the salmon into the cool side of the grill, the skin side down
* After the skin becomes crisp, turn it around
* Cover the salmon in stainless steel bowl so that the heat from beneath directly penetrates the fish
* Leave it 15 minutes
* Open the cover and brush all the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle it with Oregano
* Grill it again for the final 5 minutes

Mushroom soup w/ PepperoniIngredients: * 1 can Spaghetti Sauce - no sugar
* 1 cup of low fat milk
* 1/2 of a package low fat Cream Cheese
* peperoni
* Mushrooms
* salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:Soften the cream cheese first by heating it. Then mix all the ingredients into a large saucepan and heat it until it simmer. Then reduce the heat until the cream cheese is well mixed. Stir thoroughly and remove it to cool.
