I'm 5'6 and I weigh 165 and I really wanna lose about 30 lbs. My problem is my schedule is so packed that I don't have time to get on my treadmill anymore. And when I start a diet it will work for about a week and then I will be badand eat the wrong foods and get off of it. Also it is hard to diet when your parents are choosing the food and even if you tell them to buy healthy snacks they forget in a week. School is almost over and this summer I really want to lose this weight and I need help. Any tips on how to stick to a certain diet and exercise routine that won't take up all of my time. Also if anyone could help me with ways to stay encouraged on a diet because I usually will get discouraged after a while when I don't see results. Also I hate to admit it but I am well sort of lazy and really the only exercise equiptment that I can use is a treadmill. Please any anwsers will be deeply appreciated!

I couldn't keep up with diets either so I got a lapband. I wouldn't recomend it for somebody with only 30LBS to loose though. But it sure has changed my life! I haven't excersized once during the year i've now had it. All I did was eat wayyyyy less, i consumed about 800-1000 calories a day. I can't eat breads anymore or pasta- so that took away MANY pounds. So i'd stay away from the breads and pasta. I can't drink anything carbonated and that has been proven to instantly drop you 10LBS (depending on your metabolism and body type), so stop with any sodas. Don't drink calories, so no juices, alchohol, capri suns, basically anything with calories in it. Stick to water and perhaps 1 glass of milk a day. You have a powerful mind, when you see candy bars and snacks, just think about being a 300LB woman- I do that, and I forget that idea. Diets don't work. They work for awhile but eventually unless you are 100% dedicated, it will fail. So all I can suggest is just eat less and healther. No pizza, no pasta, no soda, no candy, no chips, NO FAST FOOD, no fries/hamburgers, no battered chicken/fish fingers, donoughts, lattes/mocha's, etc.
Just think about everything you put in your mouth. Every little bit counts. For instance with salads, people don't keep in mind what they put on top of a salad, sure the lettuce is great for you, but the dressing can have over 100 calories by itself in it, the crutons can have over 120 calories, bacon bites etc. If you go out to eat, split something with somebody or box up one half. Part of the reason this country is soooo obese is because of portion sizes, especially at mexican resturants. These portions are set for 3-4 people, not 1. But almost every person can eat one whole plate, sad thing is, nobody thinks of this. Don't ever ever ever ever ever eat fast food, its is bad bad bad! You can get 1 whole days calories in a meal there. Good luck to you, you can do it believe me!
i will give you a really good answer : Liposuction
Get, "You On A Diet". It will teach you all about how your body works. Also, myfooddiary.com is a great website to track your caloric intake, weight, exercise and get support from others.
Drink lots of water, that helped me, I stopped drinking so much soda and drank more water and I dropped two sizes.
Ignore James. What you need to do is count calories. If you eat about 1200 calories a day you will lose weight healthily, anything more and your body will be starved.Eat lean meats, vegetables, and "good" carbs, like whole wheat pasta.
Diets don't work. You lose weight, but as soon as you get down a bit, you revert and gain more weight than you lost. This is well proven by research.
What you need to do is reduce your food intake. Eat what you do now, but use a smaller plate so it looks full. Slowly you'll lose weight and if you keep the regime you'll keep it off.
i found that 4 chewable papaya tablets and 1 garlic tablet once a day with exercise and maybe a juice diet with low sugar and dried fruit you can get all of this stuff at wal mart
Here are some easy steps that might help you:1) Walk briskly for at least 30 minutes a day (you can break this up into three 10 minute intervals if you like, or however you want to help it fit your schedule)2) Stop drinking soda and cut back on juice. They are filled with calories and water is fairly cheap and accessible.3) Stop eating at 6-7pm each day. The later you eat, the less likely you are to do some kind of exercise to help burn off those calories.Maybe these steps can be of some help for you.
First things first, Move out out of your parents house, and maybe you might build a motivation to not only to dieting but the stuff in life that you would want to accomplish.Plus, no sweets, no rice or potatoes and other fatty substances. Eat weat bread with every meal you eat. Guaranteed to loose weight in the beginning of the second week.
