I need some ideas of healthy foods to pack in my lunch for school!?

my high school doesnt really have that many healthy choices for foods at lunch so i am going to try to take my lunch every day so it can help me lose weight. i need some ideas of healthy foods that can help me lose weight.
Answer:
carrot sticks fresh fruit yougurt
whole grain and sprouted grain breads, nuts (not salted), vegetable crudites (pieces) with healthy dip, yogurt with live cultures, fruit, carob bars.
lots of veggies fruit no soda 6-8 glasses of water not alot of salad it will cause you to retain water bake foods not fry limit potatoes and bread if you eat one do not eat the other nuts are good cheese sticks baked chips etc.
Apple
bananna
whole natural almonds
Orange
4 strawberries
6 small pealed carrots
6 plain crackers
Grapes
Wendy's small side salad.
Burger King 4-piece tenders, no sauce.Eat one item every 3 hours.This will cover you from breakfast to snack before bedDo daily aerobics and stretching, lifting weights once a week.Good luck!!
I have access to a microwave, so I bring a simple sandwich and frozen mixed vegatables.
If a microwave isn't available, fruit, cucumbers, carrots, whole wheat or Oat cerial, and celery do well in a cooler. Tea is a good beverage without sweetner. The simple flavors get you used to not adding sugar or drinking sugary soda.

Something I love to take with me to work is a whole wheat pita cut in half and stuffed with tabouli %26 hummus Mmmmm. Both of those are VERY good for you, and the whole wheat is as well.
