I want to tone the bottom of my arm, how do i do this? i dont have access to a gym.?

Try push ups,when you wake up and when you sleep as a routine.Get one of those thick rubber bands that are used for arms and legs there like $10 if not less.Pull opposit ways with both of your arms, you can do this while watching tv.Don't let the burn stop you.Good luck
in work out dvds they normally have a sections for this, lifting up small weights, can of beans, bottle of water ect.
