I am seeing my boyfriend after a very long time on Monday14th, I need to lose FAT soon. I weigh 160lbs and I am 5'5. I need to lose atleast 10 pounds.I have 7 days. And I have planned to eat healthy, and workout 3 hours a day at different intervals, I am going to use High Intensity Interval Training. I am also drinking 5 cups of green tea. Do you think it is possible for me to lose 2 dress sizes maybe, and 10 pounds of FAT by all this. I don't want to lose water weight and thats why I dont want to diet. It's useless. PLEASE ONLY answer my question about things I can do in ONE week. If you have any suggestions beyond that, I have to deal with all that later. Thank you very much. It means a lot to me.

keep it loose. you want foods that are going to "run right through you". like water,soups, broth, lemon water, steamed veggies, h2o, tuna, dieters tea, hollywood diet, water, shakes, oatmeal, wheat germ, apples, metamucil, the beyonce diet and lots of charmin. no salts no fat no junk no soda food frozen food entrees. keep it loose.
Whatever you do don't stop eating!! Eat heatly!!,NO Fast food!!
Well i tried to lose weight for a long time with no success. Once i went vegan though i lost way more than i ever have and got a lot more healthy, so id advise that.
first you aren't going to lose 10 lbs of fat in one week. I can't even do that I'm a highly trained elite athlete and know everything there is about the endocrine system in terms of fat loss.the best thing you can do is to drop the carbs down to 75-100 grams daily. make up those cals by increasing the protein and fat intake. never consume less calories than your BMR requires and drink plenty of water.
