I need to lose weight desperately but i was wonderin shud i stick to the paul mckenna diet or exercise more?
Answer:
I think the paul mckenna 'diet' is very good, if you could call it a diet! I read the book and was surprised how much it changed my eating habits long term without me realizing. At first i noticed i could leave food on plate etc but as time went on it became very natural thing to do (it wasn't before i couldn't leave a thing ha ha) I lost weight and didn't even realise i was still following the 'diet' but someone complimented me the other day and commented it is only since i have read the book has the weight dropped off as i tried numerous diets before and they didnt work or if they did i piled it back on. But i have kept my weight off now without really trying but just eating sensibly and following the 4 rules! Exercise do help though and would recommend you also exercise too! Keep it up im sure you will do well!
u need to exercise my mom walks my dog everyday and she lost a lot of weight. try to lift free weights and do crunches an sit-ups
exercise is very important for us b/c if u dont work out every day, u dont stay the same weight..
the truth of the matter is that you can diet as much as you want and lift weights and stuff but the only way to loose weight is to exercise. do something every day that at least makes you break a sweat(and not just cuz its hot outside).
