I started my diet a month ago and i lost 2 kilos the first 2 weeks then i stopped losing what can i do HELP?

eventhough im still on my diet i do exercises for at least 30 minutes everyday beside the other activities i do all over the day. what can i do to start losing again. please tell me something that works

Most importantly, don't give up now, you're on the right track!You always lose weight quickly the first few weeks because a lot of that weight is water and remember weight fluctuate wildly between daily weigh-ins. A better way to estimate your progress is measuring your waist, hips etc because they shrink even if your weight doesn't show any change.
You will start losing again this is normal. It may take a week or so to start losing again DON'T GIVE UP!! You can do this and stop weighing yourself so much check yourself just once a week. Good luck!!
The first weight you lost was FLUID-not fat. It was probably simply because you started exercising more. In order to loose weight you will need to ensure your heart rate is greater than 120beats/min.You need to reacess your diet, the weight you intially lost was nothing to do with the diet- rather exercise.
