I sleep at 11 pm & get up at 6 am but i donot feel freshness"why. Should i sleep early around 8 pm ?
Answer:
The human Body needs the average of 8 hours sleep. But it depends on the age and Gender. for example, children need to sleep more than 8 hours because they are more active during the day.
Moreover,from my own experience, I used to sleep early and wake up early and every time i wake i used to feel really tierd and that i want to sleep more . but when i count the hours that i slept am supposed to feel fresh and energetic. I had this experience for quiet long time until one day i decided to ask the doctor and the doctor recommended that i do blood test for my Vitamins. i found that some of my Vitamins were low and that was the reason why i kept feeling that i didn't have enough sleep.
I really recommend you to do a normal blood test just to know if everything was normal.
Well I go to sleep around 8 every night and wake up at around 6ish and I feel fine. Your hours are OK if you like them but make sure that you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep every day. You can even take naps in the afternoon if you want. Oh, and by, the way taking naps also helps your heart out lots more! Good luck!
Have you investigated wheter you are a MOrning Lark or a Night Owl , both have slightly different clocks . I am VERY MUCH a morning lark ,but there are degress.
If you are trying to force yourself into the wrong routine for your type you wil not get the amount of refreshing sleep as you need look into this phenomena .
As a clue if you are a moring lark you will face your breakfast with Gusto if you are a night owl you wont feel like eating till about three Hours after Waking
It might be possible you OSA(obstructive sleep apnea). I didnt know I had it until a dr sent me for a sleep study. I now wear a c-pap and im so much more productive throughout the day.
well, sleeping at 3,4 am and getting up at 8 work for me.i gez u just have ta find ur biorythm, dats all.
11 to 6 is seven hours sleep, and maybe this is your bodies way of telling you that you need eight. Try going to bed at 10 for awhile and see if that helps. If not, a healthier diet and exercise may be the answer!

y don't u try sleepin at 10pm %26 get up at 6am(make sure u r relaxed before sleepin,do not keep any tension in ur mind.make sure that the place u sleep is clean %26 comfy esp ur bed,%26 most of all don't change ur sleeping timings every single day)
if u still don't feel fresh then better consult a doctor
