I understand that losing large amounts of weight in a small time frame can be dangerous. I'm tired of being overweight and I'm willing to take the risks. I need suggestions. Any diets, excercise plans, or diet supplements that worked for you? Let me know.

you obviously dont know the "risks".
when you lose large amount of weight in short time - you are NOT losing fat, all you lose is water weight and muscle plus you dramatically slow down your metabolism which will make fat loss in future soooo much harder. you would gain all and even more than lost back as soon as start eating normal.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

See a dietician or go to a weight loss center. There are different plans you can look at that might work for you.

well i recommend working out at the gym
30-45 minutes of cardio with a strenuous peak (2 days)
60 minutes regular cardio (walking at a regular pace, 1 day)
15-20 minutes very intense workout ( 2 days)Eat lots of fruits and veggies and less red meat. I did that and I lost 15 pounds in two weeks. I recommend if your up to it going vegetarian as a form of detox for like maybe a day or 3. Good luck and avoid diet pills and other drastic options.P.S. DRINK A LOT OF WATER
Dont rush it. walk every morning before you go to work.It takes time and you did not get heavy over night.walking is the best in 6 months i went from 230lbs. to 170 loseing it slow you have less wrinkles so take your time. as for meds. to lose weight no thay really dont work. the best med. is will power.
