seriously please! i am 13 and i need to lose fat NOW like in a week or 2.. plz dun tell me that i dont need this cause i do. i excerisse A LOT but w.e that doesnt help. i have a quesstion.. does starving yourself for like a day or so help? or maybe eating apples ONLY for 3 days please answer! i really need this fast!

heres some advice: dont eat only apples for 3 days. if you want to lose some weight, make your diet of salads and veggies and, yes, apples. but not just apples. drink water normally, and chew gum when you have cravings. limit your serving sizes, and make sure to do about 15 mintues of excersize every day, bt for these 3 days your talking about, make sure to do a lil jogging each day. once you weigh yourself, you may weigh more, because the muscle you got from jogging, muscle weights more than fat. so weighing yourlsef sometimes isnt accurate. so keep an eye on like extra fatty places slimming down.

The quickest safe way to lose weight is eliminate the carbs and sugars in diet for two weeks, this can be done safely if you make sure you drink at least two liters of water a day. Also, water is necessary for the fat to dissolve.
Cheapest protein is eggs and tuna fish. Do not use mayo or sweet relish in the tuna. Also, it would be wise to buy some sugar free fiber additive to prevent consipation.
After two weeks, you may increase your diet to include a slice of bread a day, tomatoes, cabbage and green beans.
It is wise to take a multi-vitiam supplements, nothing fansy the cheapest will do fine.
Starving is not healthy and often results in bing eating later.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
