I ride my bike for two hours every Saturday and Sunday...?

Am I losing any weight or building any muscle? I also eat properly through out the whole week.
Answer:
I don't think you are losing any weight.That's really not that much exercise.But you probably are gaining muscle.

Probably building some nice strong legs ... a weight scale can answer about the weight ....
