Lately I have been trying to slim down and firm up. I've been exercising every day, be it Pilates, treadmill, elliptical, etc. Yesterday I went WAY over my calorie limit, by like 1000 calories. Then this morning before I ate anything I ran for 45 minutes. But then today I've eaten like 3 servings of cinnamon toast crunch cereal and 400 calories worth of Milk Duds!! I've already hit my daily calorie limit and it's only 2:30pm!What can I do to recover so I will still lose weight? I am really disappointed in myself for eating like crap!

Remember that if you are working out and go over your calorie limit then you can work out more to bring your calories down and back to your limit. Just think of it as if you eat more than you want than just work out more than you want.
UMM... try low calorie sweet stuff...splenda...and substitutes good job on exercising though if you keep it up without going over board (anorexic) you are my idol :)
If you truly want to lose weight you can't eat sugary things all the time for your calorie limit do NOT go below 2,000 a day and eat every four hours. as far as exersize keep doing it. cardio will help you lose weight but if you want to firm up too you need to lift weights combine the two and you WILL see results, however if you do lifting you might gain weigh..but you will slim down
since i have started cardio and weight training i have lost inches but gained weight
you're doing it the wrong way. Instead of starving yourself then eating high calorie food, eat small frequent meals and add plenty of veggies and fruits to your diet.
Eat more protein and less sugar. You will get a nice high from the sugar but your body will store it as fat. Try and eat protein and carbs together too..like cottage cheese mixed in with low fat or non fat yogurt. Eat 5 mini meals a day as well and you won't want to binge eat. Good Luck!
just watch what you eat really closely for the rest of the week. don't take the first bite of "forbidden" food if you can't stop with one. if you want something sweet, get a piece of fruit.
