I just want to lose this weight before my husband comes home for R%26R. I've been trying to go to the gym more but it's been difficult with my 2 year old. I hate to run, so that's out...I know that's what would be the best, but I've never ever been a runner. I just need some help...can anyone help me??

Clean up your diet and get walking. Put your child in a stroller and get out and walk everyday. Its a good way to get your exercise and spend time out doors with your child. If you drink carbonated beverages, stop drinking them. Eat more fruit and veggies, and stop eating foods that have added sugar. Eat lean meats , and fish or poultry. Drink more water. If you eat healthy and walk for at least a half hour a day (an hour would be better) you will lose weight.
This I'm sure would not be Doctor recommended, but I once ate nothing but Jello for two weeks and lost 14 pounds. It's an idea. You could try Special K cereal also.
first of all cross any kind of supplements off thoes dont work ive tried.i also hate running.ive lost 30 pounds in about 3 months.and ive done it by eating good and doing cardio for 40-60 minutes..5 days a week..the mourning is the best time to burn calories...hope this helps...
