I really want a piece of toast?

but I'm going to bed in like 30 minutes.I only had 811 calories today...would that bread turn into fat if I ate it and then went to bed?

the minimum amout of calories a person should take in (even when dieting) is 1200mg.if you go lower than that-your body goes into what is called "starvation mode" b/c it thinks it's starving and it will actually store ANY unused calories (the ones it doesn't use to keep your body going throughout the day) as fat. so in turn, you will lose the weight eventually, but over time you will gain it all back and more so b/c your body is trying to save itself.i would eat the toast-as long as you stay at 1200 calories-you're good.
Of course it would! Eat a piece of fruit instead.
No, your body will use up the bread just to keep it functioning if you have only had 811 caloires today.
Honey...I know this doesnt help tonight but I really think you need to eat more during the rest of the day. That is a sickening low amount of calories.

811That's not dieting, that's starving. It's best to get most of your calories early in the day, yes but I think you can afford to eat something right now, just this once.I think you should get at least 1400-1800 daily, and that's a for a very petite person. It's not too hard to exercise enough to burn that amount. If I try to consume less than 2400 I will start seeing spots and get chills %26 dizzy when trying to play ball or bike riding before a week is up.
No you must have a problem like bulimia or your anorexic please get help if you had 811 calories your killing yourself hope you get the help you need. You must look like a starving Cambodian.

Will it turn to fat? Of corse not! Your body continues to burn 57 cals an hour to function whilst sleeping. It is a common misconseption that your body still functions when you eat next to no calories, when infact you can start to mentally deteriorate and become exhausted by not eating enough!
Eat it.. just dont use a lot of butter.Whole wheat/grain bread is good for you.Carbs are good for you no matter what anyone thinks and are vital to your good health and nutrition.. as long as they are consumed in healthy moderation.
It will no more turn to fat than if you ate something else or ate it a different time of the day. You definitely need the counsel of a dietitian. Often ,if you walk into the dietetic department of your hospital you can get free counsel.
Girl, eat the toast. Its not gonna hurt you. I think you need to consume more calories than that per day.
Darling, it takes 3200 calories to make a pound of weight. How is a piece of toast going to make you fat?
