I never feel hungry and i never feel full but i eat all of the time, any web sites to help me?


Answer:
drink lots of water and take fibre tablets that way your stomach will always feel full
not that i know of but i know who will advise your own GP
Maybe because you eat all the time is because you never feel hungry and you never feel full for the same reason. If you wake up one morning not feeling hungry then don't eat until you do feel hungry and then eat what you want until you don't feel hungry anymore. If you have weight to loose then this should help you. Don't know any websites though.

hi ofcourse there is many medicinal sites but i think the best way is to visit your doctor exlain completely your problem ,may be do some test.in other hand i think you are nervous about something.visiting an specialist is the best way :thx zarzar24.
Websites?? LOLLook if you're trying to lose weight you should get off the computer and into the real world to do some exercise. Exercise stops cravings, it takes up time and uses energy all at the same time. YAYEvery time I go to a dance class or go for a run and exhaust myself, I feel good and I do not feel hungry. Then I don't eat unless I'm really hungry and I never eat until I'm full. I eat until I stop feeling hungry, being hungry and feeling full are two entirely different feelings and you need to know the difference. Not feeling hungry is the food you need, while feeling full is stuffing your body.Get outside and go for a run, next time you feel hungry outside a meal time then grab a piece of fruit or vegetable. It will fill you up no problem, but be good for you at the same time. Eventually you will stop craving food between meal times.
When this happens to me i eat a lot of fruit, like apples and a lot of peanuts. Now i can't be bothered to eat more than one proper meal after that.
maybe you eat coz you have nothing to do and you're bored...try to drink two glasses of water before every meal or snack...it will make you full a little and you wont eat so much...and also,wait when you finish your food for 10 minutes-finish food and wait for 10 mins..then you can decide if you still want to eat
