I need to lose about 40lbs. I am a 42 yr. old male. Along with exercise, what pill can I take safley to assist

This is the deal. Most pills are just caffeine and some herbs.
Hydrocut, ripped fuel..etc.. They are almost the same thing.
The old ones from 3-4 years ago that had ephedra (used right) really helped but some people abused them and messed up everything for everyone else.
You can get some prescribed. Those work the best.
Other than that: No sugar, No fattening foods/carbs after 7pm,
No fast food. Oh yeah...always excerise in the morning. Run a couple of miles..good luck I lost 50lbs a while back...
