I have 24 days to lose as much weight and build as much muscle as possible before going on a VERY IMPORTANT trip dealing with swimming alot. Does anyone have any ideas whatsoever as to how I can lose as much weight as possible fast whether they are healthy ideas or NOT.

I lost 25 lbs one month by eating nothing but meat ( small portions 6 times a day ) and drinking nothing but water( 2 gallons / day ) . I worked out 2 hrs 7 days a week . I played basketball for 30 mins and then jogged for 30 mins and then lifted weights for 1 hr . That was the first month over the next 9 months I lost 110 lbs !
