Well I'm 12 yrs old and some people call me fat. I know it seems like i'm over reacting but i do think i'm fat. i mean, have you seen a 12 yr old who weights 150 lbs. I go to curves, diet, and i go outside every chance i get. Do you have any ideas that would help me lose weight? I really am considering going buliemic or anerexic. Please help, before i do sumthin i regret.

i remember being 12. i was incredibly self conscious. whatever anyone else said, i felt it had to be true. but look, is this really how you feel about yourself? are you unhappy with yourself? if you want to feel better about yourself, well, heres what i have to say.get sunlight every day. if its windy, go out there, feel the wind blowing in your hair. and its an amazing feeling.think about what it is that your eating. are you over eating? what you want to do is eat food that won't make you feel down, groggy, and won't make you gain weight. don't eat in excess.try cutting out all fried foods, such as french fries, potato chips, and keep snacks like cookies and crackers to a mininum. when you make yourself a meal, look at your plate. does it have any color, or is it just brown?if you have a pet, like a dog, you and him can have fun together outside, walking, playing chase, or catch. just remember to feel alive. don't spend too much time in front of the tv or computer or video games. they drain the life out of you.and don't drink soda. its got a lot of sugar. and try edy's slow churned ice cream! its amazing!and one last thing, if it doesn't gross you out, trying switching to skim milk. or mix one percent with skim.
feel alive! feel your best. you are young, healthy, and most likely, very beautiful. don't let anyone tell you different.
instead of useing yahoo , do jumping jacks.
i've saw lots of people aged 12 r fat u can eat bread only and soup no sweets only bread and soup dats all and vegetables n fruit once a day bread and soup only after dat nothing else!!good luck
dont worry. Just do fitness or just dont give a damn about what other ppl say. Weight isnt everything
never go anerexic cause of wht people say it may be puppy fat due to ur age and will soon go never worry wht people think of u be happy with urself
umm.. drink water instead of pop or juice. no sweets... no carbs or greasy foods. no fast food of course. if u listen to me u will see results... fast. its common sense.. just drink water an don eat a lot during the day. only eat healthy things
For the love of christ, you don't "go" buliemic or anorexic. They're sicknesses. it sounds like you're already doing enough to lose weight. You just need to wait until you hit your growth spurt, then all that exercising will pay off and alot of weight will just dissapear.
Just continue to diet and exercise no matter what.You will eventually see a beautiful young lady underneath.I know its tempting but do not damage your body to lose weight.Answer this please.

I think you know not to become buliemic or anerxic and from being fat all of my life I understand the mind set.
I had to change everything about the way I eat and drink.
I now eat dinner foods in the morning, so my heavy meal works off during the day and my breakfast foods at night because when I sleep I use little to no energy to work that off.
I drink lots of water to keep me full and sometimes drink a bottle of water before I eat because if it is something I really thing taste great, I will over it and the water prevents that. If you want a snack eat sugar free jello. It fills you up again with water.
Don't go anorexic...but when you feel like you have eaten enough but are still grabbing for things to eat, chew gum! It really helps me.
here are some things that will help..
1.)eat saled with nothing on it and drink water
2.)if its a reallly hot day ware alot of sweaters cause that will melt all the fat out
3.)excersize an hour a day
4.)after 8;00 pm dont eat anything at all but water..
try doing these this every day and belive me u will see some results..

i am 14, and i weigh like 88 pounds. and i got big boobs, and a small waiste, and a small butt..but the only reason i weigh this is because i am anerexic, and i run 4 to 5 miles a day.
i eat like a naner once a week, dont become anerexic. its horiable. and bulmic. it just ruins your teeth hun. And dont care what people call you, as long as you are happy with your bod. thats all that matters. But losen weight is hard! i no. just go out joggen like two times a week, i mean like go to the mall, and just walk around! that always makes me happy, and you burn calories! lol. and just eat healthy, 3 meals a day. no snacks! lol. if you need anything else feel free to e-mail me.
Well certainly don't go bulemic or anorexic. That would make your self-image worse. Just really analyze what you're eating and how you're working out. What you think is healthy may not be. Talk to a doctor; it could be a thyriod problem. One tip is to eat small amounts regularly throughout the day. I eat about 5 times a day. Try not to eat fried foods, red meats, or sweets and drink only milk, juice, and water.
You are pretty much young for stomach exercise, just try to walk. Whenever or where ever u try to go, prefer walk. I guess Doctors say, we need to walk atleast an hour in a day. You just follow some diet. Try to include vegetables, and exclude fat items, burgers, chips, chocolates etc, yea, u can have them rarely, like once a week, like that. And you can look like a queen when u became adult.warm regards.later.
the worse things we can do to our body is crash dieting what it boils down to is taking control of what we put inside of our bodies set an ideal weight for yourself and then slowly cut calories .. decide if your really hungry or just board try to think of times of the day when your board and try to find an actitiy because boardum is one of the main causes for excess eating ..... if your hungry eat but that doesnt mean to eat a five course meal just limit what you put inside of you and eat slowly cause it takes 20 mins for your body to tell you that its full.. good luck
