Answer:
I'm a guy but I work at a gym and I know a lot about trying to lose some weight. If your just a little over weight you dont really need to stop eating pasta and bread. Just go to the gym and briskly walk on the tredmill for about a half an hour. Doing crunches and reverse crunches really helps out too.
my grandma went on the adkins card diet %26 it really worked for her...but different diets work 4 different people..
sorry, im not fat, 2 peice here i come!
Here's how I lost 70 pounds :On breakfast eat whatever you want to, try to eat high calorie food, don't eat fruits and vegetables, soups. Your aim is to get energy for the rest of the day. Then the whole day eat fruits and vegetables, can eat vegetable salad with vegetable oil, 2 glasses of milk, and can eat couple of pieces of seafood. Don't eat 4 hours before going to bed. During the day drink apple cider vinegar with juice (2 tbs of vinegar on a glass of juice). And take 6 tbs of coconut of oil during the day, preferably between the meals.Exercise every day for 30-60 minutes.I've tried all the diets, and it's the only one that works; Trust me I know what I'm saying : I'm veteran of dieting.
Limit your bread and pasta intake and do lots of cardio.
Doing weight exercises on your legs will make them bigger and more muscular - for most women this is not ideal - you should try and do more cardio to burn more fat rather than just building muscle. Also, try to exercises that lengthen the muscles rather than making them bigger (stretching, yoga, pilates, ballet). In terms of a good diet (everyone hates hearing this) but there really isn't a good safe crash diet out there - you just need to decrease your portion size and try to make healthy choices. Everyone things that you have to lose 5+ pounds a week before they consider their method a "good diet" - you can lose weight that way but you won't be able to keep it off - 2-3 pounds are much safer and will probably stay more easily. Good luck!
Well, when I started working out, I would gain weight because of the muscle I was getting. So don't worry about what the scale says because your going to gain some and lose some. Keep working out and maybe eat smaller portions (DON'T skip breakfast). Walk as much as possible and if you work in a tall building, take the steps instead or the elevator.
Hi, it sounds like you are doing the wrong kind of exercises. try doing a few more that focus on your tum area and less on the legs. I had a similar problem, did the above and it worked great.I am the worlds biggest chocoholic and I am really struggling not to give into my sweet tooth. My diet has always been really awful so it has been a big change for me. I like to eat bread and pasta too, but I have switched the brands I use to the 'diet' ranges. They cost a bit more but it means I can still indulge but maintain my weight and still lose the excess.Good luck with that 2 piece.
Exercise is 30% of weight loss, the other 70% is diet, if you dont cut down on the fast foods u cant lose weight. I suggest, if u dont like to follow a diet plan, try to eat 6 times a day to accelerate your metabolism, if this doesnt suit u, u can also try to balance your meals better, eat more veggies and fruits than sugars and breads, and ALWAYS breakfast!! to reduce your hunger throughout the day.
You CAN'T wear your two piece, or you choose not to becasue of society's standards of one "has to" be skinny to wear a glorified bra and panties as a bathing suit?I don't exercise the way I should, especially since I'm 19 weeks pregnant. However, I keep my weight down by fruits and veggies, whole grains, beans, tofu/soy, etc. No animals or animal products. I drink plenty of water in addition to soy milk and the occasional coffee and the even more occasional soda. If I can still fit into either of my one peices (I have chose to not wear a two piece because I show enough in the one piece) at the end of the month, I will proudly wear it.
One of the best things you can do is to keep a food diary. Before I lost 40 pounds on Atkins, I was eating about twice what I thought I was eating. I ate starches every day and I was constantly hungry %26 couldn't figure out why!!Consider cutting back on your REFINED carbohydrates - white bread, muffins, flavored oatmeal, potato products, pastas, cereal, prepackaged foods %26 sauces. The best carbohydrates to eat are vegatables - cauliflower, peppers, onion, tomoto, broccoli, kale, bok choy, garbanzo beans. Try to add a vegatable to every meal. You can also increase your lean protein intake - lean red meat, chicken, turkey, fish and pork (go easy on bacon - try Turkey Spam instead). This will keep you fuller longer. If you MUST have starches, go with whole grain (this is different than multi-grain, which just means more than one kind of grain). Whole grain means the product has more fiber, which will slow down your body's processing of the sugars in the starch. Lastly, watch your drinks! Most alcohol, tea and juice drinks have way more sugar than people think. Try a flavored water if plain water won't do. Good luck!
Hi, you can try to cut back a little bit the bread and pasta they have carbs that makes you gain weight, don't drink to much soda, have some green tea (cold, hot) it has antioxidants that it's great for the bodytry to eat lots of veggis (salads, steam etc), fish, and fruits, drink plenty of water, a glass of water before any mealinstead of eating an average size of steak eat an avocado it has the same nutrients the red meat has besides the red meat has been linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease and some cancers. Since red meat has the highest concentration of saturated fats, most experts suggest that you limit your consumption of red meat to only two or three times per weekeat snacks between meals like fruits, smoothies or veggies juice, baggels, and limit your sodium intake too, instead of eating chips and cookies get some pears they have the crunchines of chips and the sweet of cookies, besides their healthier when you're eathing try to do it at the table, during meals you may sip liquids such as water, juice or lassi. do not drink a lot and avoid ice-cold drinks - they dampen down the digestive processes, eat only when genuinely hungry and when your last meal is fully digested (about 3-6 hours after a main meal)i hope it helps!! good luck :)
