I need to lose weight but cant eat veg love pasta can you help?

"Can't" eat vegetables, or don't want to eat vegetables? ;)Pasta in itself isn't as bad as its made out to be, the sauces are the scary parts. All of those cheeses and oils add up to some nasty numbers.On the bright side, if you aren't Gaining weight now (and simply need to take some off) you can lose weight without changing what you eat at all, or changing your exercise habits.

You must keep on eating the way you usually do BUT you must exercise more. This is the safest way to shed some weight.

i think you can lose your weight easily.
White pasta can contain a lot of complex carbohydrates. It's ok to eat with veg, but you say you can't eat them. The trick is not to mix carbs with protein, so meat and pasta is a no no. Why not try wholewheat spaghetti or pasta, or brown rice. It's a shame you can't try pasta with lightly fried peppers, onion, garlic etc, although use fryspray or frylight to cook them. Otherwise, wholewheat pasta with a tin of chopped tomatoes and herbs is very good. Why not try it? Good luck!
just make sure you eat low in fat n sugar n if possible eat wholegrain pasta or rice if you like it. lean meat,fish n fruit is good too. i dont believe in special diets,eat healthy n cut down to more small portions n if possible do some exercise. if you do that in stick to it then weight should come off n it should stay off too. good luck
why not use that rice pasta ? Or the low carb pasta ? or even try..eating anything you want, but, cut it in half...you could go on a high protein diet, without any vegs, but, i dont think this is a healthy choice, and you will put the weight back on quickly.good luck
Dont skip your breakfast. Have good breakfast. Have medium amount of lunch. For dinner, have only 100% fruits. Eat protein rich foods and avoid carbohydrate rich fruits. Avoid- coffee, rice, fried food, cream, chocolates, meat, banana, guava, mangoes. Eat - boiled skinless chicken, boiled fish, seeds like corn, beans, wheat, plenty of juices, any other kind of fruits, toned milk. Drink plenty of water every day. Add less salt in your food. Walk atleast 30 mins daily. Try these. It will certainly work. I had reduced 16 kgs in 3 months time. U can mail me if you want more help.
