Use the South Beach Diet. The first week I lost 7 lbs. There is not much you can eat but it will work by Monday. The first weeks diet is different than the rest so its harder but you will lose more.
Crash dieting is very unsafe and not recommended. The safest you can lose by Monday is one pound. Anything more than that can cause health problems and you will gain it back tenfold.
Eat mostly high protein low fat foods and aerobic exercise at least 1 hour per day.
It would have to be a lot of money to make me diet!
