I need to run because I need to lose weight!
but I have no energy at all, what can I do?
I'm on a diet, so I'm eating pretty healthy, why can't I just get up and go running? any suggestions for a motivation or something?thanks
Answer:
Start slow - walking and jogging if possible. Do this several times a week without skipping any exercise days. You will build yourself up and have more energy.
go to a track field and start running a little, and increase the distance you run each day, this will increase your endurance. put a picture of a fat person on your wall, maybe that will motivate you. treat yourself to something when you run. just get out and try and maybe that will motiviate you to keep doing it. listen to some energetic music to keep you going. good luck.
maybe you should start by walking. Just go for a brisk walk everyday, it'll get you into the habit and it isn't hard. Maybe running just isn't for you? Try other forms of exercise that is more fun like dancing. The worst thing you can do is beat yourself up about it when you don't exercise for one day. Exercise is supposed to be fun so make it fun! You won't stick to it if you dread doing it everyday.
I know what you mean. I can get in that same predicament myself. Have you tried taking a multi vitamin? Sometimes your body is lacking a certain nutrient that will help give you energy. That's what I did, and It helped. Also, a good motivator is having a dog. They are always willing to go for a walk/run with you!! :)
Hi! I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. One of the main symptoms is fatigue so I was always tired and did not have any energy. I finally found a natural solution called Tunguska Blast! Since I started taking the juice, I have an energy level that lasts all day so that I am able to sleep like a baby at night. All I do is drink 1-2 oz per day depending how I feel. If you want more info on the juice, please visit www.tblast.com.excelwizely.com... Let me know if you have any questions!
