I take controlled diet but sometimes i feel very hungry and loose my control, how to maintain myself?
Answer:
Find something to keep busy with... especially busy work with the hands is helpful to me. Doing things that would preclude simultaneous eating... gardening, something involving water, or other hobby or activity geared toward staying active without a handful of food. Often the activity is effective in reducing your attention to your 'hunger' by diverting it toward the task at hand.Good luck...see the source below for one suggestion as a past-time during your adaptive phase of your diet.
Eat enough so you're not starving yourself like your body is telling right now. Eat more fiber- it fills you up longer. Dieting is pointless unless you adjust your eating habits to something that is both healthier for you AND you can stand to do it. Your 'diet' right now clearly isn't working for you if you're lossing control (everyone slips up sometimes, but you shoulnd't feel a need to gorge yourself from depravation).
