Answer:
hi , it is difficult but once you get into it ,its really quite easy if you do exercise as well ,you MUST exercise you cant just eat healthly ,i have lost 7 stone but its taken me 2 years and the thing is if i have a bad week i dont put any back on because i have taken my time and not cut everything out ,i used to be massive couldnt wear jeans and heels cause i was too fat ,couldnt even paint my own toe nails , i feel alot better ,can run for miles ,i go to the gym 5 times a week and i can outrun some of the skinny women ,i am not thin ,never will be and i am starting to get abit more confident ,i am married have been with my hubby for a long time so he has known me really fat ,men used to ignore me but now they dont ,i know i am married but it does make you feel good when someone smiles at you ,i spent alot of my adult life being miserable ,hiding from people i hadnt seen for a long time ,i still have issues about my body but i feel so much better xx
It does take a very long time especially when you take into consideration that many people don't exercise or restrict calories as much as others.I starved myself and lost 20 pounds in about 3 weeks and it was horribly unhealthy and i gained back 30 pounds later. Now i'm on the path to a HEALTHY life and getting down a lower weight the slow and safe way.
EXERCISE!For crying out loud, eating right is not enough!!
What does "I no" mean? And it's "lose", not "loose". Judging by your spelling you're too young to embark on a diet anyway..
I have 500-600 calories a day and go the gym for an hour 5 times a week. I can lose 5-6lb a week doing this but the minute I stop its straight back on
took me 5 months to loose 15 kg
I've lost about 25 pounds since August loosing slowly is the best way not to gain it back. Walking also is great. Special K. is good too.
Took me 18 months to lose 4 and a half stone.
I havent ever been on a proper diet as I aint over weight, but when I feel fat ie my belly appear's stuck out. I would Hardly eat anything all day and then by the next day my belly has gone, so it's really easy for me to lose weight. Although I suffer with aniexty, so that's my main cause of no real weight gain now days.
"know" and "lose"Only really fat people spell it as "loose"
Do you really need to lose weight?
Unless you are texting on a cell phone or something, please don't use abbreviations like "NO" for Know. Its extremely annoying.
I lost a stone in 6 weeks and all i did was cut out the rubbish. No pizza, no chips, no fizzy drinks, no processed food or puddings or chocolate, it's not hard to work out what you shouldn't eat.I went from 13 stone to 12 stone so perfect weight for my height, i didn't do much more in the way of exercise, maybe an extra half hour a day with walking or swimming.Just eat fresh veg, fruit, loads of salad, drink just water, cut out the cr@p and your there.
takes time to lose weight safely, do not listen to anything regaurding celeb diets, they are not rweal, im a fitness instructor, i know!
exercise 4 times a week for 40-60 mins (jog/run is best, or swimming if you prefer)
and eat sensible foods, try to limit carbs after 5pm tho.
eat plently of fish, chicken and veg, and the weight will go, i promise
good luck and stick with it

Depends on how you're doing it, how much you have to lose, etc. I did weight watchers for a long time (doing it again). I spent a year and a half doing it, and I lost 82 pounds. It took that long, because I didn't stick to it all the time. You can (in a healthy fashion) lose three pounds a week with determination and will-power, if you stick to your guns and never stray from your path. But you need to understand as well that sometimes you break off and chocolate happens. Don't beat yourself up about it, because that just discourages you. Just keep plugging on. If you're feeling discouraged, I recommend taking a picture of yourself in the same spot and position every month so you can compare later down the road (because your psychology doesn't show you what's actually in the mirror). That way you can be all 'Oh! Hey, I -did- lose that weight! That roll is totally gone!' Good luck, man! ^_^
Others have told me that working with a local fitness therapist really worked for them. They helped them stay on a diet (and one that wasn't too hard to maintain) as well as scheduling out exercise, events, etc. Encouragement by everyone has helped them greatly.
It took me three months of eating right and exercising before the weight started to come off. I was really discouraged at first, but you just have to stick with it. It isn't an overnight thing...
