I need to lose weight and Fast. But i am not fat anywhere else my my tummy.It kinda bulges out and I am going with my friends to a water park in 5 DAYS! Any ideas? I am doing 50 sit-ups a day and running like half a mile. Should I do like 100 a day. And run 1 mile?

You should try an tone your muscles, because at the most you might can lose 5 lbs in one week ( I did it before). I do 100 sit ups and run a mile each day, and in a few weeks you will see results. But to get your tummy ready in 1 week is not impossible. Set a goal to do 100 sit ups in the morning and 100 sit ups in the evening, in a few days you will see your abs get more detailed. Also running will increase your fat loss, so running is very good. Also you have to eat right, for this time period you should eat ALOT of fruit, and drink alot of water, Also dont eat after 6:30 or 7 PM. You will see a tiny decrease in your belly fat, but much cant be done in 5 days, so try your hardest and after the 5 days is up keep going at it because you might go to the waterpark again during the summer. It would not hurt to do more but unless you are almost thin- the fat will probably not go very far in that little amount of time.

You can try this...dissolve 1 sm pack of kaolin clay in 1 cup of water. add 5 drops lemon juice and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Massage in and cover with plastic wrap. Wrap yourself in a blanket for 30 minutes abd then remove wrap and rinse. It is also good to dry brush before you shower to get toxins out of your body. Also keep running and do core exercises.

You're on the right track, but u r not going to see the results that you want in that short of a time!! You should drink alot of water to flush out your system, but don't starve yourself or make yourself throw it!! Those are very unhealthy tactics that could cause more harm than help you. Be sure to watch what you eat and continue to exercise. You can add more sets each day to burn more calories, but the most you would probably see is about 5-8 lbs. Good Luck
Okay, this is what I did: Drank V-8 for a week. I lost 5 lbs. I didn't eat anything else.But...that was also mixed with a lot of stress and I probably didn't eat anything but carrots and V-8 for 3 months and I lost 15 lbs. My husband was in Iraq and I didn't have anyone to cook for! I was just thinking about other things. Anyway...I swear by this "diet." It's not good for you by any means, but that again, trying to loose a bunch of weight in 5 days in not exactly healthy either. Who cares anyways!
