I need to lose weight and lose it fast?

Hi ,at work we are having a contest to see who can lose the most weight.We have 8 weeks and Me and another girl are up against the guys.We have all put in $50 each so who ever looses the most will get $1200.00.If anyone know a fast way to shed the pounds plz share them with me.Im walking and staying away from anything that even looks like bread.I'm also drinking awhole bunch of water. theres this wrap they have at the spa's, mostly high end but i know a girl that did it before her wedding an lost 15 pounds! its some kind of body rap! i think its about 100 bucks or so and also eat less, be active, and drink alot of water! a fast the day before the end date wont hurt!
Before going to bed try not to eat much, try eating fruits only.
I lost a ton of weight really fast by eating Lean Cusines and Smart Ones...theres a ton of varieties and they taste pretty good! I lost 30lbs in 4 months doing it...so it's worth a shot. Oh, and as for exercise, if you are doing walking...if you do it in intervals...where you are switching up your speed, it will help raise your metabolisim! Goooooood Luck :)

That's a great office idea. I think I should propose that too at my work place. Well, for starters, you need to condition your body first to allow more strenous exercises that will burn fat. Start with brisk walking about 20-35 mins everyday. You only start to burn calories after 20 mins of continuous exercise. Well just skip the daily lunch and do a 15 minutes workout on treadmill every day in evening. Also stop taking rice as food. In 30 days you would for sure lose 4-5 Kgs as i did during November 2006.
Also do take a bit of snacks after every hour to keep looking healthy or you will most certainly lose colour.
It depends a lot on what u used to eat before you started the diet, but by cutting back on your dinner (dont eat a lot after 6pm, try to eat fruit/yogurt/fiber and not a lot) try to have small foods during the day (3 snacks and ur meal), 2-4 lts of water and dont do much exercise if you do try cardio-walking nothing that will make u buff like going to gym or aerobics and stuff that at first make u weigh a lil bit more.. did i made any sense? hehe, and relax ull see u will loose a lot
EXERCISE EXERCISE! have fruits at like 11/12.. dont have them at night because fruits contain a 'good' sugar, and if u dont burn it up, its useless. also.. GREEN VEGIES AND FRUITS! anything greenn.. like lettuce, spinach, broccoli.. apparently green is the best for losing weight.. but bee carefulll because after u lose weight, your body will become used to its old lifestyle and it will convince your body (when you get back to ur original routine) to put on weight. so don't put your health at risk either
