I am always eatting and I am never hunger. I am just always eatting its never endding and I am never hunger ... So I gain weight to often.I really need help so I can lose weight maybe around 10 or 15 pounds. ... I need to know how I can stop eatting so much and thinking of food.This started about In Nov..and I dont want to gain any more weight..Please help..

drink decaf coffee when you are hungry; it stumps the appetite
drink a lot of water
when you get the munchies and want to eat something, chew gum!
also, go do something else, and find something to distract you from eating
if you want to lose weight then you will need to eat no more than 1200 calories a day and exercise most days of the week
It sounds like you are hungry...mentally hungry. Keep your mind busy, break your old routines, and try to go for a walk at the same time every day. By eating when you are not hungry, you are literally stretching your stomach out so it takes more to fill it! Here are some more ideas:
+ Snack on baby carrots, raisins, or almonds
+ Put a picture of you at your ideal weight on the fridge or back of your bedroom door (or a model)
+ Make it a point to stop using the microwave (foods high in the bad stuff but quick and easy to make!)
Good luck...it is a difficult thing to do, but if you set your mind to it, it will happen.
excuse me.. when you want to find the time to do something.. you find it... maybe a litter lazy.. boring... happen... and if you want to lose weight put a lock in your refrigerator... lol... or try to be busy.. do you have kids? play with them more often.. husband.. same... invite a friend to walk with you when you start thinking about food... go to clean you car... start made the laundry.. something that take you out of the kitchen.. also put a picture on the refrigerator... (motivator) of someone that you NOT want to be. like fat person.. (not offend)Ps. you are only the person that can change.. if you looking a miracle can happen, but if you not help.. the miracle not happen..good luck
seriously if you want to lose weight you should try the reverse diet. all you do is eat dinner for breakfast keep lunch the same and eat breakfast for dinner. Working out at least 4 times a week can really help. This is the easiest way and it really works!
