Dear BabycakesIf I am to lose weight, the most I can do is 1-2 pounds a week. So, be realistic. Be more active, and eat more vegetables.Do extra aerobics of 45 min every other day. Do some weight training every other day as well. Reduce your carb at night. Go to bed earlier so you won't slow down your metabolism by staying late.Do not diet, talk to a dietitian if you can.^_^ good luckPS belly fat takes, maybe, 2 years or more to get rid of (of course depending on your age as well)

There is no healthy way to do that. If, for some crazy reason, you succeeded the pounds would come back and bring friends. A healthy weight loss per week is between 0.5 and 2.0 pounds.
Jeez not another one of these. Just like I tell everyone else, it is not healthy to lose that much weight in such a short timespan. Are you doing this because summer is around the corner? If you really need to lose weight, you need to exercise everyday and eat healthy with no snacks or soda, because if you lose a ton of weight fast, you can damage your body, and sometimes its only waterweight that you lose, which may come right back.

Girly, thats not healthy. Thats bad, real, bad. Thye recommend that the most you loose a week should be 1 or 2lbs, tops. Space yourself. Don't hurt yourself.
I'm sorry, that's just plain unheathly! 6 Pounds a week is even unheathly! Don't go on a 'diet' think about what happens when you get off your diet 90% of the time people that diet gain all their weight back! If you really think you need to lose weight change your lifestyle...eat heathier all the time, go on short walks daily, just small changes can go a long way.
impossible, there is no quick route to losing weight besides surgery. just do what every other person on the planet does to stay or get in shape, eat well and workout.
