Okay, I love sweets and I love bingeing. I exercise an average amount, and I feel fat. I'm 5'10 and 169 pounds, but my friends tell me I'm not fat. But I just can't see it and I really want to loss weight. What can I do about my lack of self control? I can go without eating for maybe 8 hours and then it's over. I'll except all opinions. Thanks:)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
Keep your carbohydrate (includes ALL SWEET Stuff, fruits and honey as well) and fat intake real low. There are NO known diseases that result from Carbohydrate deficiency, but there are diseases from Protein and Fat deficiency. But your fat intake should be real low as well, just the minimum. Substitute protein for carbs and fats.

That's your problem going hours without eating, you will lose more weight by eating more small meals throughout the day than two or three large ones. Eat breakfast, have a mid-morning snack, lunch, a snack between lunch and dinner, dinner and than a before bed snack. Starving all day will make you binge. Your weight sounds pretty good to me for your height, don't fall into that everyone must be a size 4 to be attractive nonsense. You sound just fine to me. Try bingeing on low fat veggies and for your sweet tooth, fruit,add artificial sugar if you need to. Good Luck
The best way to loose weight is to improve your metabolism. Coz if you stop eating you might loose today but gain it back quick.
So best approach, 3 proper meals with 2 handfull vegetable/fruits, 1 handful protiens (meat, chik, etc) %26 1-2 handful carbs. Plus in b/w the meals, every 2-3 hours have one snack, which should not be ideally above 100 Cals (Kellog bar, apple, etc) %26 should be mostly low glycemic (dont bother much).
This would improve your metabolism %26 hence every thing gets digested quick. Plus as your body knows food is coming regularly, it dedicates it self on burning fats, rather than muscles, so voilaa u r loosing weight.Finally, dont forget 5 days a week 30-45 min workout (running, weights, etc) or 1 hour walk. Results are guranteed if you dont over do things.
