I need to lose weight, and need help. whats the best way, help?

Answer:
It's best to stick to a calorie controlled diet and get plenty of exercise, there is no quick fix unless you want to put more weight on after.
the best way is GI and the fastest is cutting carbs
Slimming World worked well for me.
If in UK join Weight watchers. There's a free enrolment on at the moment. They help to keep you motivated, and offer encouragement when you need it.
I think you have to really know your body and yourself and have faith that you can do it. I did pray that I would get the right results and I am . I have stopped drinking soda and it seems like overnight I lost 4 inches from my waist. I just eat good and fresh foods, I use olive oil, I walk and excerise five days a week. I take care of me, not focusing on weight only, but I take care of me, I have regained respect for this awesome life God has given me, I take responsibility for treating my life as the precious gift that it is. So it flows over into every aspect of my life and you will be complete. I hope that this helps you in some small way. Bless you and I will pray for your success how ever it comes.
Eat correctly and exercise atleast 30 minutes every day. Most diets you follow will make you lose weight when your done. They are a waste of money. taking a 'miracle pill' is the lazy way out.
i go to weight watchers its great i lost 17.5lbs in 3 months
You need to follow a low fat diet and eat regular never skip breakfast.
GI diet is good and Rosemary Conley does a brilliant one and you will not be hungry on it you can even have a drink and treat every day however food is not the only demon here.
Exercises there said it a dirty word that if you like me hate it but it is necessary to keep fit and tone up whilst you diet with the food.
They reckon to do three to five 30 Min's aerobic exercises per week to keep fit and healthy also another good way is to buy a pedometer and make sure you do 10.000 steps per day.
Walking is free, healthy and excellent for putting numbers on those steps.
Always consult your doctor first and that makes sure you are OK to go ahead and once they know you mean it will want you back for regular checks to see how you are doing. Good incentive to keep going as well
The way your body looks depends on the food you eat its 90% Diet and 10% Exercise so maybe keep this in mind and one less pint when you visit the pub and you will be fine
