I REALLY want 2 lose weight...HELP!?

im only 12...but dont tell me that im 2 young...im like 10 lbs overweight and i really want 2 get rid of it 2 feel good in a swim suit ??i exercise allllooooot cuz im in athletics and everday i fell like im gonna throw up from all the exercise but plz help !!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself with a little treat once in a while:)
There is no fast weight loss. I know how you feel and the only way is waiting it out and cutting proportions. My friend lost 16 pounds in 7 weeks on Weight Watchers. I would give that a try. Remeber, You are what you eat!!

First and foremost are you sure you are 10 pounds overweight ?Consult your physician. This is a good idea for many reasons.The first reason is because they will tell you the truth. Secondly they can help you understand that your self image needs to consist of more than your external appearance. I am happy to hear that you are concerned about your health, but I am also concerned that you are overly concerned with how others view you.
cut out carbs premake and freeze good low fat meals so there is always something to eat quick and keep your fridge full of fruit and vegies. join weight watchers and go to the meatings there is a bunch of people there for support. One more thing, eat a good breakfast with milk it will help you. my wife just lost 60 pounds.
