I have 3 months to loose at least 35 to 30 pound and get a little bit of abs if possible, I'm currently 36 in jeans and I wanna get down to a 30 or a 29, I'm curently 180 pounds, and I'm 5 7 in height, can somebody get me a workout plan, I can pretty much do any exercise except running, I really don't have time to go and run around a block and such, but yeah.I needa plan! Please Help Me!

You cant safely lose 35 lbs in 3 months without detrimental effects to your metabolic rate and also your thyroid gland.The most you can do is 24 lbs and thats really pushing it.Start with a diet consisting of clean foods such as lean protein, complex carbs and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Cut out all junk, processed food, sugar, soda pop, salt, and refined baked goods.Perform a cardio vascular routine consisting of 30-45 minute run, eliptical, swimming, e.t.c 5 days a week. Keep an elevated heart rate for 20 minutes of those 45 mins to enable metabolic benefits.Do ab related resistance training such as ab crunches with weight on your chest, rope pulldowns, leg raises, sit ups, squatting. 3 times a week, each excercise 1-2 sets 10-12 reps each set.

I would bet 10000000$ i can find a list of 100 exercises u cant do if u cant run. Try a starvation diet, and start by just walking, then jogging, then running. I think you're delusional to think you could possibly have visible abs in three months, considering your whale-like figure at the moment. You got fat because you have no self control, it's realistic that you will be the same wight or more three months from now because of your lack of self control
The workout plan is a good idea, but I think you should start with a "cleanse". You have to be able to eat hardly any food at all for a couple/few days (depending on which one you use), but everyone I know that's done it says the pounds melted off.

You WILL need to include running in eventually,there's only so much you can do without it. To get abs you'll need to burn the fat around your stomache and there is not targeted fat loss so what you'll need to do is some type of aerobics,whatever gets your heart pumped and whatnots,running would be most simple. Something such as kickboxing would work pretty well,many martial arts would work but I wouldn't recommend karate. Good luck with it.
