I need to lose 20lbs in a month any suggestions?

I want to diet without feeling hunger that's my only issue are there any appetite suppresants or ways to get around it.

You could safely lose 2lbs/fat a week, assuming you're currently overweight.That gets you 8 lbs. You'll also lose water weight, especially if you drop starches.I would recommend shooting for 10 lbs, unless you feel like losing lean tissue, which would result in your looking like a smaller version of exactly what you look like now.
alot of ppl don't believe in those low carb diets.But i'm a firm believer, I started the South Beach diet like 2 months ago and I love 33lbs. But I didn't feel myself up with fatty meats, I ate the healthy stuff %26 u need to excersise, thats the key.
20 lbs is alot for a month, try 10-15. Cylaris works to help reduce appitite.
I'm sure you know 20 lbs. in a month is not necessarily safe for the body. But, make sure to eat breakfast to start up your metabolism in the morning and do not 3 to 4 hours before bed. Kind of think of your metabolism as a campfire...a little kindling to get it going in the morning, but don't over feed it. Of course.excercise, excercise, excercise...but use common sense and don't over do it. Just my opinion.
