I really want to have a flat tummy and loose some useless weight..oh please help me?

Answer:
First you need to concentrate on losing fat...if you have too much body fat, all the sit ups and crunches in the world won't help. Even though these exercises tone your stomach muscles, you'll never be able to see the results if you still have fat covering it up.The best way to lose fat and build muscle (which will make your abs flatter) is aerobic exercise...like jogging or running. And make sure you're not eating too many calories a day, or you'll just cancel out all the good that your exercise did for you. Here's a good website for calculating how many calories your body needs:http://weightloss.about.com/od/eatsmart/...After a couple months, you'll probably notice that your stomach is already looking a lot better...even if you haven't done any ab-specific exercise. If you haven't already started exercising your abs, this is when you should start. Don't forget to continue your aerobic exercise, but also throw in some ab-specific exercise 3-5 times a week.A really good ab exercise is the flutter kick. To do this, lie on your back and raise both your legs in the air so they're about 2-4 inches off the ground. Keep your legs straight. Move the right leg a couple more inches up, then lower it (but not to the ground, it should still be 2-4 inches off the ground at it's lowest point) while raising your left leg a couple inches. Continue to alternately raise and lower your right and left legs at a rapid pace for at least a minute (remember, neither leg should ever hit the ground). As your abs get stronger, increase your time. Also, doing crunches on one of those big fitness balls works pretty well. The important thing to remember is that just doing ab exercises isn't enough, you have to maintain a regular aerobic exercise routine, too.
stop eating ...and answer my quesions
watch your diets everyday such as eat more vegetables, drink lots of water but not soft drinks (gatorade, coca-cola)... exercise at least 30 minutes each dayP.S. don't eat night snacks especially those that contained high calories and high cholesterol

Eat Less, and Exercise More. Get a balanced diet that incorporates less fat. Also READ the ingredients on the food labels and stay away from the ones that will eventually kill you.
Diet and exercise. Try a diet plan simple like weight watchers and follow their workout guidelines and you should be ready for Summer.
try going to curves...the 30 minute workout will really help flatten your tummy and other parts of your body
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
