Hey, I'm 5'4 and weigh 150lbs. I'd like to lose about 10-15lbs. and i'd be satisfied. Does anyone know of some quick ways to lose this extra weight?! (I reallly want to be wearing this cute bikini by summer break!)
Another thing.. my diet consists of mostly carbs! and i'm pretty sure thats not helping me at all. (and i dislike meat.) so yea,anyone know of anything that can help me trim somebody fat off?! plzzzzz help :(

cardio, cardio, cardio. And also watch your portions and caloric intake. Cut fast foods, caffinated drinks, and sweets. I ran everyday and went on Weight Watchers and lost 26 pounds in 3 months. I'm the same weight and height as you and feel the same way. I just need to take my own advice. good luck!

carbs aren't necessarily bad like everyone thinks. when people cut carbs, the only thing they are doing is keeping water from being stored with glucose. so its really easy to gain it back. what i would suggest is the special k diet. 2 small bowls of special k: one for breakfast, one for lunch, and a small dinner. No soft drinks. lots of water. and never go more than an hour and a half to two hours without snacking to keep your metabolism going. get some exercise, and you should be able to cut 10 lbs easy, if not more!
Try looking into the extream fat smash diet by dr ian smith, you can loose 15 pound in 3 weeks if you are strick on the diet and you have to exersice, plus exersice is good for you and makes you feel better.
