I don't want it to be drastic or make me starving all the time. I have hand weights and exercise dvds at home. So how many times a week to exercise and any food tips? Many thanks.

2. Drink a lot of green tea
3. Always eat breakfast

eat lots of fruit and veges, drink 8 glasses of water and walk at least half an hour a day and if possible do the exercises from your DVD. it will work if you stick to it. good luck
That's not much to lose and quite a bit of time to lose it. The easiest would be to drop all sugar intake. You'd be surprised how easily it will come off.Keep in mind though, that if you exercise enough to build muscle, you will lose fat and size but your weight may go up, if you're already in normal range. Muscle is more dense than fat.

I would suggest detox.cut out sugars, carbs and find which non fattening snacks you like for munching. Also, take a few small meals during the day instead of 3 large meals. Make an exercise regimen and remember to exercise at least three hours after your last meals. When you burn more calories then you intake then you'll lose weight. 5 lbs in 4 weeks doesn't sound too hard, with determination you can achieve anything-ask close people for support as well...that helps.
