I need to lose weight I am fat I am 12 and I am 4 ft 9 and I weight ova 100 lbs. PLZ HELP?

Answer:
First thing, kids and teenagers usually gain a bit of weight before they enter a growing spurt, however, if you have had this weight for awhile here are some things you can do to help you get it off.First, eat about five or six meals a day. That may sound strange, but these are not to be sugar snacks per se, but actual nutritious meals of smaller proportions. It may be a little harder for you to do as a student unless you are home schooled, but even four meals are better than three. Eating several meals as oposed to just three keeps your blood sugar at a more constant level, when your blood sugar drops, your liver tries to produce sugar to compensate, your pancreas shoots off more insulin, and your body tries to store more fat.Second, eat eggs for breakfast. Eating eggs has a tendency to stick with you longer into the day than cereal alone. This will make you less likely to snack later, or binge once you eat lunch, if you eat a big lunch, you may be crashing soon afterwards right after lunch.Third, stay way from high fructose corn syrup. It's not used quite the same way as other sugars, and may contribute to obesity.Fourth, stay away from fake sugars. Fake sugars may trick the mind into thinking that sweet foods aren't as sugar rich, and therefore when you do take in sugar your body doesn't react the way it should. Also, many fake sugars (Splenda/Sucralose, Aspartame/Nutrasweet, and others) damage your organs. Aspartame may burn out your nervouse system, kill brain cells etc... as it breaks down into toxic chemicals and into an amino acid that engages your nervous system. Splenda attacks your thyroid, which is not good at all when you are over weight!Try and get more cinnamon in your diet. Cinnamon has been known to ease the stomach, clarify the mind, as well as kick start your sugar metabolism! Some other things to try and avoid, hydrogenated oils and MSG... Hydrogenated oils are particularly nasty as your body can't break it down as readily as other fats. It may be linked to neurological conditions as well, as your body uses fat in the brain to sheath its brain cells. What's particularly devious about hydrogenated products is that some products can advertise that they are 0% transfat if they contain less than .5 grams per serving! It's best to read the ingredient label than to take the product maker's claim that it's transfat free. Omega-3 is a good fat as is Omega-6, these are called "unsaturated fats" and are in fact good for you. You can find them in cold water fish and whole grain foods.MSG is usually added to foods for flavoring. Apparently it's also addictive! It may be something that makes you crave eating!Fifthly, get your sleep! You need at least eight hours of sleep and lack of sleep may be linked to obesity as well. If your metabolism isn't burning at its best, you aren't going to burn off the fat.Sixthly, making sure your diet has a little more fiber in it can also help. Fiber cannot be digested, but your body works a little harder to to try to process it. Fiber is often found in plant material.Lastly, if you feel you are fat get out and walk some. Walking, and other low intensity work outs, are more likely to burn fat than carbs. You need to do it for about an hour at a brisk pace. Just starting out you may not be able to go for a full hour, that's ok, try for 20 minutes first and work up to an hour.If you take these things to heart and apply them, I'm confident you can bring your weight under control.
Baby girl you dont need to be concerned with you weight! Its ok just dont drink soda or fried food and exercise as much as you can
you probably aren't fat, society just makes you think you are.
You are fine, my little sister is 10 and about 4'3 and she weighs 100. I think she looks cute, but if you want to lose weight get away from the tv. DON'T STOP EATING! whatever you do don't go on a diet, you are still growing. do some fun sports like baseball, gymnastics, swimming, whatever you are into. play tag with your friends. You can go to your doctor and ask him, he can give you the healthiest way to lose wight safely. Good luck!
