I know you cant loose spot weight, but what are the best ways to loose weight around there, or gain muscle. I have plenty of muscle, im one of the stronger girls in my school. It's just mostly covered with fat. I'm not like really fat but I still need to loose weight for beach season!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
Stop eating like a horse.
crunches will help with your stomach
and try walking about 1 hour a day

Also, you need to diet. You don't have to cut out your favorite things though, just cut about 500 calories a day. Usually you should have 2000 calories per day. To lose weight cut that to 1500. As long as you aren't eating burgers and fries, and other junk foods you shouldn't have to watch what you eat to much, just watch your calories and that'll make a big difference. HOpe this helps!
