I NEED to LOSE 10 POUNDS by SUMMER!! some thing i can do at home please!?

wut should i eat?
wut exercises?can u PLEASE give me a SCHEDULE, with times and amounts and discriptions, and a WOrKOUT SCHEDULE!and please dont tell me to go to a gym or buy some weight loss pillsthanks im counting on u!!

Make a calandar, or you can buy one
Try running every day, if you dont like to run than you can walk. You burn the same amount of calories running or walking. You can also try crunches. Dont do sit ups they are supose to cause puffy abs. Lets start your workout schuedule May 1st. Go for a walk/ run every day or every other day. Maybe go to the gym once a week if you can... even though you said you dont want to. Try it, if a membership to somewhere isnt too pricey. Before you go for a run or walk always stretch. Before you run you can also do 50-100 crunches to work your abs. Try going to http://www.seventeen.com and click on the health and fitness section. Alot of magazines have exercises. Try buying a Fitness magazine they have lots of exercises and ways to eat right. When you run take your mP3 with you and listen to upbeat musicEat foods low in Calories and carbs. Dont just eat NOTHING. It could cause you to become really sick. Also you have to burn more calories than you eat. Instead of chips grab an apple. Instead of soda. Drink water. LOTS of water. Figure out how many calories you then should be eating. It should be a small amount less than what you should be burning (based height,weight,age,and how much you will/ do exercise per week). Check out the other links too.Also, Eat around 5 (small) meals a day. Include around 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Drink alot of water too! Stay healthy! Dont feel like you cant eat sweets like cookies, cake, and etc. Just dont eat alot of sweets. Say if you eat a piece of cake monday, dont eat too many sweets the rest of the week. A couple good snack ideas are 100 Calorie Packs, Peanut Butter and Ritz (not the pre-packaged kind, homemade), cherrios, low-fat icecream (1-2 scoops), yogurt with or without granola, hard-boiled egg, garden salad with lowfat dressing, or none. If you dont drive, have someone who drives do it for you!Tuesday- Go for run/ walk. same route everyday! Once you get better you can go farther and trip it up a bit. When you are exercising make sure to drink lots of WATER. And not gatorade or vitamin water. Water is the best for you, even though it may not be the best tasting. Try picking a day and time that you will weigh your self every week**
ok i am on the same road as you i wanna lose my ten lbs of fat and gain a waist and muscle the thing helping me is in your spare time do 30 sit ups. I usually do it while watching tv. on commercials every commercial break i do 30 sit ups so probably everyday ive done around 300 sit ups lol. also i have leg wieghts so DURING the show i do a leg exersice i made up one day. so far i've lost 3 lbs in a week. and btw when you wiegh yourself for your body wieght take off 8lbs ( your head wieghs that much)
run/light jog for half an hour, take your ipod with you, you'll forget you're running. do about 200 sit ups, it'll help tone your abs, but sit ups alone won't make u lose weight around your belly area. if u don't want to go out running, then swim like 25 laps without stopping too much at each end. a cardio activity is very important when trying to lose weight. also, watch what u eat. don't starve yourself, but make sure you get 5-6 small meals a day, it keeps your metabolism going. no snacking in between! exercise at least 4 times a week and you'll be losing weight in no time. i do this almost everday and it keeps me in good shape.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
