I need to get fit by 30th june ! help!?

i know i have to eat less and exercise more , but i totally lack willpower and so could any ofyou please guide me online through on exactly what to do and eat till the 30th of june please?

Well the only way to get fit by June 30 you'll need a lot of determination and stay motivated. Eat the same things you always eat just a smaller proportion, three times a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). If your still hungry snack on some fruit or ice. Just avoid sodas of any sort including diet, and fast food. Drink a lot of water daily that helps a lot. Walk every morning for about 30 minutes thats all or if you can twice a day (morning and afternoon/night). You can easily accomplish the task of getting fit by June 30th but youll have to have a lot of self discipline no skipping days of exercise. Good Luck!

change your diet, eat only three meals a day wake up an hour befor excercise . breakfast toast juice cereal . lunch griddle chicken salade with green veggies . dinner chicken again not fried , no fast foods plenty of water and at least eight hrs of sleep. you must devote one half an hour a day at least to you build up on excerciseing. take it slow but be determind . you can do any thing you put your mind to good luck
