I need to loose 15 pounds for my cousins wedding. does anyone have any good diets for someone who hates diets?

South Beach Diet worked for me. I lost 12lbs in 2 weeks.
I am not a nutritionist, but three weeks ago I changed the way I eat and I've lost 11 pounds! The first week (Monday-Sunday) I ate only fruits and vegetables as much as I wanted but no more than 2 hours before I went to bed. I also had at least 8 glasses of water a day. The second week, I stuck with a lot with fruits and vegetables but also added one lean meat a day to one of my meals. (Some days I put chicken in my salad, other days tuna) boiled chicken and vegetables was really good. And for the dressing I only used 2 Tablespoons. Last week to the above I also added oatmeal and granola. It has been really tough because my eating habits before were horrible. Last week I also had one day where I had some sweets. It's not bad to have some junk food, just don't eat a lot and with everything enjoy in moderation.
Besides losing the weight my blood pressure is also back down to normal. I think exercising and walking at least 30 minutes a day would help as well.

stop eating for a week and take laxitives
If you eat out (fast food or restaurant) a lot, don't. Make it a rare thing. Either make your food or get the frozen dinners. It will make a huge difference.Also, don't eat after 6. Your metabolism slows down the closer to bedtime you are. If you eat dinner before 6 it will give your body a chance to metabolize it better. If you are hungry later, eat something light.
try eating more often like maybe fve times a day but smaller portionsbecasue this will spedd up your metabolism and just keep fast food and sweets at a minimum.
walk walk walk walk walk walk! thats a simple excercise unless u cant walk anymore!
just to relieve u from the stress...weight is but a number dear! anyway...try drinkin some more water.

you dont have to really diet.. just cut out some of the sweets or fast foods.
also try eatting smaller portions..drink lots of water %26 exercise!! :)

what you could do is the cabbage soup diet. you can eat as much as you want, but only cabbage soup.

Firstly, when is your cousins wedding? 15lbs is not really alot given the correct amount of time. my suggestion to you is exercise with moderate eating. Cut your starchy(rice, potatoes) carbohydrate intake 6 hours before you sleep. Do briskwalking for 3 to 4 times a week 45 minutes each time round. Incorporate resistance training into your training. Moderate your eating, eat a smaller portion of your favourite unhealthy food each time round. Eat it less often too. I would not suggest you cut out all the unhealthy food at once, because you might not feel good about it and turn back to your old ways very quickly. This is something that you can keep doing and maintain the weightloss effectively without yo-yoing up and down.
I have been eating fruit and drinking smoothies made with bananas, strawberrys blueberrys etc for breakfast, and eating a salad with tuna or salmon for lunch and drinking homemade spinach or lentil soups for dinner. I have cut out bread and hardly eat any meat just fish. This is due to the fact that I want to eat organic food and these are the easiest foods for me to get hold of. As a result I am getting the required amount of calories a day, getting my "five a day" and all my required vitamains etc. and I never feel hungry or "bored" with my food. My aim wasn't to lose weight - although I could do with losing a few pounds - but I have. I feel more energetic, my skin looks better and I have no bloating. If you want to lose weight It is important to do it safely and not "crash" diet. You will just fel exhausted and pile the weight back on. Trying to eat healthy is easy, safe and better for you.
