i want to do like a 3 day or like 9 day body clense and i dont know what to eat during that and after what are some foods that will speed my motabalism?

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. go on a one week detox of 8 pints of water/day and plenty of fruits. drink the flavored propel water because it makes you just want to keep drinking more (esp melon) and fills you up like a meal. you should have some water weight, but it'll be dropped. don't think salads will help because fattening crap like cheese and ranch will be added. after this detox, eat 100calorie/can progressive soup to replace meals and keep drinking plenty of water. work out as much as possible. you'll lose a LOT of weight this way.
