I once lost a healthy 20 pounds in a month. It is a strict plan because I was trying to kill candida but it worked great! Stick to it and you will love the results. Go to www.lifeforceplan.com follow the food guides to the T. Also, do the sweating in a hot tub of water 6 days a week. Keep up the exercise, but you will get as much or better results if you walk. Exercise sweating does not count for the tub sweating. You may or may not get the whole 45 pounds, but you will feel great and have more energy than you imagined. Do aquatic sports. You sweat a ton without realizing it, and you feel just fine. Stick with only three meals a day, and eliminate in-between snacks. Eat more greens, and drink more water (one glass before each meal, and some more throughout the day).
