Why? Why all of a sudden do you need to lose it so quickly? You can't lose 60 pounds just like that. I'm sorry. You'll need to speak to your doctor if you want the weight to come off safely and stay off. Otherwise, perhaps you can get liposuction. Good luck.
I f you need to lose wieght like I did you should start out slow and build up to the build you want
Look up the cabbage soup diet. Sounds gross but you get use to it and if you follow it for 10 days, you will drop weight fast. Don't make this a permanent long time diet. Try it for 10 days. Also, Lipo6 and now Lipo6X works good. I used both and lost a good amount of weight. Try to eat reasonble when taking them. Take up to 4 a day but no more. Anything you try you must cut back on what you eat and the amount.
go with the first guys answer. Do NOT listen to the second person. In your new "diet" or whatever you choose to eat, do NOT cut out carbs (atkins diet). This is BAD BAD BAD. You need carbs for glucose, that is the only place that glucose comes from. The brain operates solely on glucose so you cut carbs you cut glucose. Then your body can if it has to run off ketones, but this is not as good as glucose. Then you may end up with a build up of ketone bodies and get Ketosis. Not good. Just cut back on portions, and possibly add a few small healthy snacks in between meals.

I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.
I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

first of all cut out sodas completely.buy a case of water ,some crystal light(raspberry lemonade and fruit puch are my favorites)get the on the go box of 10 or 14 .I lost 12 pounds in 2 months by doing this.also walk,walking helps shed pounds and also gives you great legs! or try weight watchers.my mom lost over 30 pounds with weight watchers.now she is smaller than me.im also 5'7 155 lbs I've got ten more pounds to go and then i'll be satisfied.Ive also tried the 48 hour miracle diet from wal-mart but that ones kinda hard because you cant eat for two days,only drink .

Hi, my name is Veta. Use sugar substitutes, sugar free foods(if you are into sweets) Take a walk around the block a couple times a day. Take your evening no later than 5pm. Eat a snack between meals, make them fruits, or low fat or sugar free items. If you are into soda, try Wal-Marts diet caffeine free. And Stop Stressing
