I need to loose weight in 3 mos, about 25-30lbs. i need advise pls!?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Walk 2-3 miles a day (around neighborhood or treadmill), cut down on eating, and drink plenty of water!
do more exercise....or go for medicine and avoid fatty food, juice..water is the best
I wouldn't eat as much as I normally do if I wanted to lose weight.
Exercise and JUST SLIGHTLY lower caloric intake.. nothing drastic.. that's not healthy and would do more harm than good.. but i think if you lower it just a little and exercise you can lose that weight healthy and keep it off.
Go to Weight Watchers and get serious about it. It works!
2 words: Boot Camp.. work out with weight bearing exercise 2 hrs/ day, do aerobics 2-3 hrs/ day. Toss out the sugar and sweat drinks and white bread. drink no alcohol.
