im wanting to lose some pounds for summer.so i want diet pills that work from the usa please.can someone help me!
Answer:
I've tried alot of the diet pills that are out.and honestly none of them have worked for me.maybe I'm just not using the right ones. However, I did find a website that has helped me lose 5lbs already. It's helping me make a life change...instead of the lose 5lbs here.gain it back.lose it agian.struggle. The best part is that it's free.www.sparkpeople.com... sure you can get better advice there. Good luck with this though.
Ephedra diet pills are scientifically proven to melt fat and raise metabolism without diet or exercise. I would recommend the Black Ice ephedra even though they have more of a selection with free shipping:http://www.thatswholesale.com
Everyone wants a diet pill. People think that a pill is what will solve problems. You don't need a pill. You need will power and discipline. Figure out how many calories you need to burn each day. Most people, it's about 1,200 (does nothing) 1,500 moderate, 1,800 out and about, 2,000 light/moderate exercise, 2,200 you are out there jogging, riding horses, etc.For 1 week, write down EVERYTHING you put in your mouth and measure it. You think you drink a cola and on the side it says 200 calories.. but the serving size is 2 so really you had 400 calories - and NO nutrition by the way.Write down the butter or margarine used in cooking, the cookie you grabbed, an ice cream attack at night, all the chips.. write down the meat, the vegetables, the fruit. Yikes! at the movie the bag of popcorn was 400.OH, and don't forget the sausage bisquit at the fast food place the other morning. Ooops, and the cake at the shower. The salad you ate you added croutons, cheese, bacon, dressing.. the salad was 500 calories. huh ? gotta watch things like this.It doesn't take long.First, educate yourself. Get a list of bad foods and what they are made of. Learn trans fat, saturated fat, choleterol.Go get some cans in the cabinet, especially something like northern beans, green beans, corn, peanut butter, canned fruit, and compare the back labels.
Buy the eggs vegetarian fed chickens. Forget sausage and bacon except a piece on weekends.Get the bread you eat. Is it whole grain? Does it have iron, calcium ? If you check, you'll see "Ironman" bread has like 4% iron, and the Sarah Lee's will have 8% and be whole grain. If a loaf is too tempting, give half the loaf to your friend. Notice what foods have what vitamins and minerals. Look for protein. Look for gram of fiber. Look at calories. Go clean out your refrigerator. Look at the labels. Look at grams of fat. See polyunsaturated and saturated fat. How many grams of fiber ? you must get at least 30 a day and 50 would be better. How much protein ? Got enough iron, Calcium, etc ? You may need a good supplement and take it twice a day and extra vitamin C.Throw out the bad things. Now, stock it with natural things. Celery (eat plain or add a little salt), carrots, fresh fruit, watch newspapers and go pick your own blueberries, blackberries, %26 strawberries, fresh vegetables, reverse osmosis water filtered water ( 33 cents in Wal-Mart - take your own clean containers !), diet drinks (but limit this!), WHOLE grain cereal and bread (little bread per day), etc.If you have a hard time counting, buy the Lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers meals. Use carrots or a piece of fruit for snacks. The less you add to your meals the fewer calories.Don't watch TV and eat. Don't study and/or read and eat -- it's habit and you'll eat a bag of whatever.Make a cheerful, bright list of good snack foods and put this on the refrigerator door. If you can't find something to eat in a healthy stocked kitchen, you are not hungry.. it's a nibble habit or you are used to your sugar being up. On the Akin's diet, your glucose will stay at a 'steady state' and not have those fluctuations and give you those cravings. Chocolate on your mind ? Buy one bar of dark chocolate, break it into the smaller pieces as it is scored. Have 1 of those pieces a day. Tell yourself to nibble small pieces off the square and have it with your reduced calorie protein shake and fruit which is your lunch one day.Pick an activity and stick with it. Walk fast and do jogs, bicycle, use the stairs, buy an exercise tape - you don't have to worry about going to a gym. Make a goal of say 15 minutes twice a day. Then try 30 minutes. Get your heartrate up.
Every day. Exercise. Please don't waste your money on pills. Just use your good common sense. You'd do better by getting a good sense diet book like Atkins or Dr. Oz on Oprah. I know you can do it, and so do you.Take care and take those pounds off so they stay off !
