I want to loose weiht rom my stomach and thihs but keep my butt how can i do that ??

First, I need to dispel a weight loss myth.YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE.The only way to reduce body fat is diet and exercise. If you do lots of crunches, or other abdominal exercises, it will increase your muscle tone, but it wont reduce fat, since its just sitting on top of your muscle.To lose weight, just pick a diet that is healthy, but contains less calories than what you are burning.If you want to "spot reduce" meaning reducing fat only in certain areas, the only solution, which I DO NOT recommend, is liposuction.See my source below.
