I want to know a all around good work-out. Any suggestions? looking to plan it week by week, you come up with the plan :DIm already Fit, And athletic, but i want to be more than that. Id like help and support XD

To be truly fit, you need to combine endurance training with strength training along with flexibility. Lift weights about 3-4 times per week along with endurance training 3-4 times per week (running, walking, swimming, anything to get your heart rate up) and always stay on top of stretching your muscles prior to and after working out ( 3-4 times per week) Be consistant, this does matter and try to work out and stretch longer each work out to achieve your goals. Of course you need to combine all this with a sensible diet. Have fun.
