I have been working out for over 2 years doing many various diffrent types of excersizes and yet I havent gotten any stronger and my body doesnt look defined at all. I have been doing the same excersizes and also adding more different excersize programs to my working out time for 2 years and everytime I go for heavier weights or more streches or more push ups and situps I get really tired out to where I cant move hardly. Which I can do hardly up to 20 of everything. I am 16 years old. I want to acheive a decently defined normal looking body and yet everything i try doesnt work. O yeah I do also take vitamins also and they dont seem to help and I have a very healthy diet. I dont think its my weight because If I do try to gain weight I dont gain any mucsle even when I do my excersizes, I gain fat. Alot of it and nothing more. Please help. O yeah. I have also took blood tests and they all came out normal except my testostorone or w/e you call it was high which the docter told me was good

I don't know what to tell you if you say you already know everything...Do you drink a lot of water?? That helps with flabby stomach
Eat a high protein diet, which will help, and get a personal trainer
