hi im 14 and im 5ft 4 which isnt tall at all :(
and i really want to get stronger withought lifting weights
what should i do?

if you dont want to lift weights, use exercises with your own body weight...Bodyweight exercise is a form of strength training used to develop muscular strength and endurance, where the only resistance to movement is supplied by the weight of the practitioner's own body. Bodyweight exercises may involve minimal equipment.e

ok. then you will have to settle for doing body weight exercises. In my opinion, the best upper body is chin-up and dips. Lower body it will be squat. Heres a quick daily routine if you have access to a chin-up bar and dip parallel bar.
3 sets of 5 on chin-up and dip.
close grip push-ups with legs on the floor. do as many as you can without breaking form in one set.As you progress, move your legs to higher level, the last level will be handstand pushup. that will take time to develop such strength though.
Do 50 hindu squats, eventually eventually increase to 300 if you can. Remember to train your legs, very important. You are only as strong as your weakest link, plus your quads is the biggest muscle in your body. Lastly do 2 sets of 20 for crunches, do them slowly, feel your muscle burn. Need to train your heart too. do your cardio, start with 4 minutes of interval sprints, 30 second jogging, 30 second sprinting. and gradually increase to 12 minutes. Do this only if you really have no medical heart problem.
